Job Description

You will be pivotal in developing and executing a strategic people development agenda across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting a comprehensive review of current L&D programs and frameworks, consulting with executives, directors, and partners to identify leadership capability gaps.
  • Designing and implementing training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within the organisation.
  • Creating and delivering high-ROI leadership development programs, drawing on your previous successful experiences.
  • Developing a comprehensive L&D strategy for all employees, focusing particularly on senior/executive leadership programs.
