As a mental health nurse specialist, you play a pivotal role in the care and support of patients across diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Administer medication and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and foster strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in mental health nursing, particularly in case management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A valid driver's license for regional and remote roles.
- Willingness to commit to travel nursing contracts in regional/remote areas for at least 12 weeks.
