
IT Business Development Consultant

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings. This key role involves providing technical responses to tenders, devising onboarding documentation, and acting as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for strategic accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end presales engagements with technical expertise and professionalism.
- Develop and deliver technical responses to tender/RFP/RFI documents.
- Create comprehensive scope, statements of work, architecture, and other onboarding documentation to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for strategic accounts, providing timely and accurate technical support.
- Implement customer success programs to drive growth and retention.
- Present solutions at conferences, webinars, and public events, showcasing technical expertise and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT with a good understanding of network/server infrastructure, Active Directory, endpoints, and IT processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required, with a willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Knowledge of IT HelpDesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions is an added advantage.
- Pre-sales/Technical Account Management experience is highly desirable.
