Leadership Position in Horticultural Services

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Horticulturalist to lead our garden maintenance team.

  • High-end domestic horticultural care experience is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of irrigation, horticultural practices, pest control, and disease management is required.
  • Proven leadership skills are necessary for instructing and leading small crews daily.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. A White Card (Induction Card) is required as a minimum. The work primarily involves high-end domestic landscaping and multi-residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of garden maintenance professionals in implementing effective irrigation systems and maintaining them regularly.
  2. Develop and implement horticultural practices, pest control, and disease management strategies to ensure exceptional results.
  3. Maintain a high level of work ethics and attention to detail to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the landscape industry.
  • White Card (Induction Card) is required.
  • Excellent physical fitness and work ethic are essential for this role.
  • Ability to lead a team and instruct crew members effectively.
