Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team at our Belconnen store. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and mentoring a passionate team of footwear enthusiasts, leading daily store operations, and driving customer-led culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail or store leadership experience, with a warm and welcoming nature and a passion for creating memorable service experiences for customers. They will also have excellent time management skills, a commitment to continuous improvement and learning, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

As a leader in the store, you will inspire and help mentor a diverse team to reach set KPIs and sales targets, closely monitor store sales performance, and ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising. You will also take a proactive approach in loss prevention management and demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily store operations and motivate a passionate team of footwear enthusiasts
  • Mentor and coach team members to reach set KPIs and sales targets
  • Closely monitor store sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
  • Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management
