Speech Therapist Opportunity

This role offers flexibility to work in settings that align with participants' goals, including clinics and community-based locations.

Our Approach

Our team employs a strengths-based approach, utilizing a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessments to guide clinical reasoning and ensure effective interventions.

We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various clinical areas, including early intervention, paediatrics, adults, dysphagia/swallowing, AAC, and psychosocial disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech therapy interventions in alignment with participant goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement therapy and support plans.
  • Contribute to assessment using a combination of standardised and non-standardised tools and guide clinical reasoning.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant governing body.
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Experience delivering services under similar frameworks.
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact within the community.
