Speech Therapist Opportunity

As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing support that improves independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing for our NDIS participants.

You will have the flexibility to work in various settings, including clinics and community environments, making a real difference in people's lives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments using a strengths-based approach to inform goals and interventions.
  • Utilize a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessments to guide clinical reasoning.
  • Deliver speech therapy interventions in settings best matched to participants' goals, such as schools, homes, workplaces, or communities.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, comprising Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • A passion for collaboration and teamwork.
  • A desire to make a meaningful impact in the community.
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS.
