AML Operations Reporting Director

This is a senior leadership role that spearheads the AML Operations Reporting team with confidence and expertise. The position requires monitoring, evaluating, identifying, detecting and ensuring our regulatory reporting is not just compliant but timely and accurate.
About You- You are someone who possesses exceptional leadership skills, with extensive knowledge in AML, sanctions or CTF environments, and an in-depth understanding of the legislation and reporting requirements.
- You have solid experience leading teams of 20+ and can effectively manage across multiple locations. Beyond technical expertise, you bring a personal touch to your leadership, being detail-oriented and capable of making informed decisions quickly.
