We are seeking an accomplished Food Production Lead to spearhead our early morning food preparation and packing operations.

  • This role requires exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a small crew of 34 in achieving production targets.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to effectively delegate tasks, monitor food quality, and maintain a high level of presentation standards throughout the process.

To succeed in this position, you should have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment, where you can demonstrate your ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Packing Order Efficiency: You will be responsible for accurately packing catering orders while adhering to production guidelines and checking labels and quantities.
  • Quality Control: You must ensure that all prepared food meets the highest visual standards, with attention to detail in every step of the process.
