Food Manufacturing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced food processing facility.
This is a casual, full-time hours role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of production staff, allocating daily tasks, managing workflow, overseeing machine maintenance and troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring production targets and KPIs are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production staff

- Oversee machine maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ensure production targets and KPIs are met
Requirements:
- Must have previous supervisor experience
- Comfortable working in a cool environment
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working with meat - pork, beef, chicken
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Available to start ASAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
