The role

As our Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for the following within our business.

 Managing the annual health checks that we conduct on behalf of our clients ensuring their interest rates and products remain competitive.

 After settlement care, working with our panel lenders ensuring all accounts etc have been established as required

 Assisting our brokers as required with ordering valuations, obtaining pricing from lenders and some loan processing

 Assisting our team as required with any task overflow

Our team work across the  Eastern/North Eastern corridor of Melbourne with a combined experience of 150 years +. We have assisted thousands of clients with their property journey and financing requirements over many years. Our business remains in a growth phase, recently acquiring a fourth franchise.

We pride ourselves on delivering a service level that ensures we are seen as a trusted adviser for our clients thus ensuring the high levels of repeat business and client referrals from our existing clients. We currently have offices in Wantirna and Eltham and the owners of the business work in the business.

Who we're looking for

You will display a strong attention to detail and love to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition:

 You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in order to convey terms in a clear and concise manner. A polished phone manner and a great attitude are must haves.

 Confidently communicate with an array of stakeholders: lenders, solicitors, real estate agents and, most importantly, the client.

 You are someone who has a great professional presentation and excellent time management skills

 Strong eye for detail; collating documents for home loan applications and manage files from application to settlement.

 Confident to conduct calls to existing or new customers

 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking/Either MFAA or FBAA current accreditation would be an advantage or willingness to obtain.

 Be thorough, precise and take pride in all aspects of your role

 Able to adapt to and learn changes in technology and our processes

There is also opportunity for the right person to obtain industry qualifications and progress into a Mortgage broker role.
