As a key member of our investment innovation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our portfolio solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving client outcomes and collaborating across functions to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational improvements, leveraging system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee timely and accurate reporting, including market updates, performance attribution, and client reporting.
  • Manage client relationships, address portfolio queries, and represent the company in Investment Committee meetings.
  • Drive client portfolio construction and fund selection, working closely with the Portfolio Solutions and Asset Allocation teams.
  • Mentor team members and develop new client reporting capabilities to support evolving business needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in investment research, funds management, or a related financial services environment.
  • Strong background in portfolio construction, fund selection, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience using Bloomberg and MSCI Barra considered advantageous.
  • A finance-related degree and ideally a postgraduate qualification, reflecting your deep technical and strategic expertise.
