We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with Defence to shape the training and test environment of the future.
About the RoleThe Program Support Coordinator will be responsible for developing project management skills to move from coordination to leadership. You will influence business to deliver true, 'Best for Defence' services.
You will manage the Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE) at Williamtown, develop and maintain project documents for change requests in the ATTE program, and support other program managers in developing complicated change requests.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate governance meetings, acting as secretariat and recording actions.
- Ensure good record keeping of all program data and support timely submission of program deliverables.
- Attend workshops on risk and opportunities management, review strategy and champion continuous improvement activities.
This role requires a Certificate IV qualified in business administration or equivalent experience. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a project coordination role, preferably in Defence or technology-oriented environment.
