About the Opportunity

This is a pivotal recruitment role within our organization.

We are seeking an expert to join our team and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop local employer branding strategies, and facilitate onboarding activities in Australia. Reporting directly to our Head of Attraction, you will be responsible for driving key business objectives and contributing to our People & Culture initiatives.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be on managing and implementing effective recruitment processes to attract top talent locally. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results.
