Solution Architect Role

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to spearhead the design and integration of high-impact solutions for our dynamic data-driven organization.

  • Define solution architectures across current, transitional, and future states, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance in every design.
  • Lead the development of Databricks solutions for Core Data Platforms, providing technical leadership to project teams and ensuring architecture alignment.
  • Mentor architects and analysts while collaborating with vendors and partners, contributing to architectural standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in solution architecture, ideally within financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in IT and 3+ years in architecture or design roles.

They should possess strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud platforms, data architecture, and APIs, as well as experience architecting using cloud-based data platforms, software design, agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

TOGAF certification or equivalent is preferred, along with excellent communication and consulting skills with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work across multiple squads, balancing business outcomes and technical depth, and experience with technologies like AWS, DBT, Fivetran, Redshift, and cloud hosting is highly desirable.
