Key Responsibilities:- Champion best practice environmental and sustainability outcomes across the project.
- Ensure timely identification and compliance with all environmental legislation and client specifications.
- Promote values and support client sustainability targets.
- Ensure project staff understand and implement system and Environmental Management Plan requirements.
- Identify and secure necessary resources to meet environmental needs.
- Liaise with stakeholders in the event of environmental incidents or non-conformances.
- Coordinate audits to drive continuous improvement in environmental and sustainability performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in environmental and sustainability roles within infrastructure projects, with proven experience as a Senior Advisor as a minimum.
- Strong understanding of WA environmental legislation and sustainability frameworks.
- Experience with Infrastructure Sustainability Council ratings and/or sustainability reporting.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex environmental programs.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
