Lead the front office and housekeeping operations as a Rooms Division Manager.
- Supervise and support the front office team.
- Develop a positive workplace culture through effective leadership, collaboration and team growth.
- Maintain close engagement with guests through critical thinking and strong relationships.
- Ensure daily front desk tasks and expectations are communicated, actioned and completed.
- Drive positive guest experiences individually and across the team.
- Manage roster and payroll financials effectively.
We seek an experienced candidate with:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, including 2 years in a management position.
- Prior experience in a 4/5-star property, preferably in front office and housekeeping.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong knowledge of the hotel sector.
- Previous experience with a known Property Management System.
- Fair understanding of workplace relations.
- Experience in Training and Development.
