About the role
My Future Therapy is seeking a Experienced Allied Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, Speech Therapist & Physiotherapist to join our NDIS team on a Contract basis in Sydney NSW (Inner-West). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing healthcare provider, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
What you'll be doing
Work under directives of our Principle Occupational Therapist as an Assistant
Facilitate a range of group and individual leisure and lifestyle programs
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and the multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with Clients, Families and other Healthcare Professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Monitor client progress, document clinical notes and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
- Continuously updating your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care
What we're looking for
- Previous Experience and Exposure within NDIS, HCP, Clinic or Aged Care
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance - MANDATORY
- Strong clinical skills, including experience conducting assessments and delivering therapy interventions
- Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of clients with communication and swallowing difficulties
- Can speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese is a bonus but not essential
- NSW driver's license, National Police Clearance, First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check and a NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Relevant Insurances for Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy Practices & SPA
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Own vehicle, mobile and laptop and the ability to WFH

Occupational Therapist Assistant hourly rate is based upon experience and can be negotiated $30 - $40 PH. For Fully Qualified Experienced Speech Therapist and Physiotherapist the hourly rate is based upon experience and can be negotiated $ PH.
