Learning Systems Specialist

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Learning Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous learning, particularly in compliance and digital learning experiences.
As a key member of our Capability & Learning Team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration of all learning systems. Your focus will be on establishing, managing and reporting on compliance frameworks.
- Maintain and update Learning Management Systems to the latest version.
- Ensure regular reporting requests are implemented as dashboards to build self-serve capabilities.
- Partner with Internal Comms teams & Business Partners to communicate large-scale changes and updates with minimal impact on users.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Develop compliance learning skills matrices aligned to job families and design e-Learning content.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing Learning Management Systems Roadmaps.
- Management of LMS platforms is essential.
- Experience in e-Learning content design and/or adult learning is preferred.
