We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Professional to join our team in the Atrium Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest, setting the tone for their experience
  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, highlighting promotions for guests
  • Maintain inventory, equipment, and the bar area, ensuring it is spotless
  • Minimise waste and report any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your Supervisor
  • Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
  • Work closely with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to deliver seamless food service
  • Take on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) and Food Safety Certificate
  • Strong bar skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or bar is essential
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities for great guest memories
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia
