About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the setup and optimization of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and data security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements
  • Design and implement security roles, permissions, and data access controls
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure solutions
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support
  • Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and system configurations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS projects, preferably with Workday HCM configuration
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data security
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
