Workday Transformation Expert

The Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex intersystem problems within Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday Recruiting and Learning, with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverage expertise to recommend optimal solutions based on client requirements and timeframe.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices.
  • Engage with clients throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to a Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks with minimal direction while keeping clients and project teams informed of progress.
  • Collaborate with the integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday and selected payroll and benefits providers.
  • Display hands-on expertise in software, including loading customer data, moving configuration between tenants, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Utilize technical skills to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
