About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Albany Creek - Flamingo Drive. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children's Check.
