We're seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Slacks Creek. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and practices that support the growth and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
