Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Albany Creek - Flamingo Drive. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality educational programs for children aged six weeks to school age.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse abilities and learning styles.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
- Put safety first with everything you do, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children.
- Better pay - at least 5% above the award rate.
