About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Speech Pathologist to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, addressing their goals and needs through evidence-based interventions.

  • We are looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist who can conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and goals.
  • You will develop tailored treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.
  • Implementing treatment plans using evidence-based interventions is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress is crucial to the success of this position.
  • Educating clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques is essential to their understanding and engagement.
Essential Criteria
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required for this position.
  • Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA) is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license are requirements of this role.
