We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at HealthcareLink Support in Melbourne VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients with high needs, including children and adults.

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Speech Pathologist to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, addressing their goals and needs through evidence-based interventions.
- We are looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist who can conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and goals.
- You will develop tailored treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.
- Implementing treatment plans using evidence-based interventions is a key responsibility of this role.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress is crucial to the success of this position.
- Educating clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques is essential to their understanding and engagement.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required for this position.
- Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA) is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license are requirements of this role.
