About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our NDIS division as a clinician. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique communication and swallowing needs. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with various communication and swallowing disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adapting to the needs of each client
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for clients
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and research

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
