About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Program Director and Infrastructure Specialist leads and develops a team of professionals, overseeing the management of daily operations for Northern NSW Programs.


The role contributes to the strategic development of RMH NNSW Programs, ensuring improvement of performance, productivity, efficiency and growth through effective planning, resource allocation and process improvement.


About You

We are looking for someone with a positive approach, a proactive attitude and skills in coordinating and leading high-performing service delivery teams.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar Leadership role, proven experience in training and developing teams and expertise in Human Resource Management or Business Management including managing Workplace Health and Safety.
