
Coffee Territory Sales Professional

This is a fast-paced and high-autonomy sales position for a professional with deep experience in coffee or coffee-adjacent sales.
You will actively prospect and close new accounts, while continuing to build relationships with key distributor partners, roasters, and cafes in VIC. You'll be responsible for developing a go-to-market strategy that lands new accounts, increases customer loyalty, improves account retention, grows distribution, and boosts profitability.
Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships, credibility, and networks with independent cafes or other outlets where hot beverages are sold within the foodservice environment initiated from current networks (roasters/distributors), event leads, or cold calling
- Developing territory-based distributor, roaster, and trade-related relationships with push and pull strategies
- Managing a given territory in a timely and efficient manner and maintaining a solid customer database (CRM)
- Participating in foodservice and coffee-related trade shows, events, and industry functions as required
- Liaising with distributors to arrange fulfillment of sales
- Reporting on monthly distribution/sales performance
- Identifying market trends and opportunities and developing action plans to stay ahead of the market
As you work in VIC, you'll report into our Market Development Manager and collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
