">Production Scheduler - Planner Role">- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines and service level agreements.
- Monitor daily scheduling, resolving conflicts or delays through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Allocate jobs to suitable press technologies based on label specifications, materials, and production efficiency.
- Liaise with Production Managers to align schedules with operational capacity, labor availability, and performance targets.
About the Role
">Key Responsibilities">- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external customers to ensure timely and accurate flow of orders through the factory.
- Schedule production activities to support our commitment to delivering on-time, in-full, and to-spec.
- Drive efficiency, quality, and exceptional service by developing and maintaining detailed production schedules.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Previous experience as a scheduler-planner or similar role preferably in the print manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in relevant software including MS Office Suite.
- Experience in planning scheduling software.
- High level of maturity and credibility to influence others and build/maintain strong internal and external relationships.
