Job Title: Regional Service Director

Job Description

As a Regional Service Director, you will be responsible for leading the operational management of water supply services across irrigation, groundwater and rivers. This role involves overseeing statutory functions, customer experience and technology-enabled service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of regional and functional managers in delivering against corporate plans and ensuring best practice outcomes in safety, customer service, innovation and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive digital service innovation and ensure business continuity through oversight of day-to-day cyber defences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide cultural transformation, embed values-driven leadership and promote agile business practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You are a proven senior leader with extensive experience in operational leadership across water, utilities, infrastructure or complex regional service environments. You hold a relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a similar field, and may also bring postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA.

You bring a strong record of driving service reform, managing risk, implementing digital innovation and navigating diverse stakeholder environments. You have a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration, delivering measurable outcomes while building a culture of safety, integrity, accountability and high performance.
