Job Title: Retail Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Retail Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Colliers. As a key member of our Centre Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our tenants, clients, and contractors.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and support the marketing strategy to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports, letters, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Process invoices and work orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage tenant and client databases, and coordinate Centre Community bookings.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
