Seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to lead financial strategy, risk and governance across our network.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking executive leader to drive financial sustainability, performance and risk management across our entities. You will be responsible for ensuring strong financial systems, timely and accurate reporting and strategic financial planning aligned with each entity's goals.

  • Provide expert financial leadership and guidance to the organization
  • Take a hands-on role managing financial accounting, compliance and assets
  • Deliver high-quality reports to senior stakeholders
  • Develop a collaborative partnership with external partners and stakeholders
Requirements

You are a proven leader with experience in a similar executive leadership role who possesses high-level financial and risk management expertise. This includes experience preparing and presenting financial reports to senior boards and committees. Ideally, you have broad knowledge of accounting for non-profit organizations including grants acquittals.

  • Have the ability to manage a team to deliver high-quality services
  • Demonstrate high-level strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hold a recognized accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
