Job Opportunity

This is an exciting entry level position to gain hands-on experience in public policy, government relations, and strategic communication. You'll collaborate closely with senior consultants in a fast-paced environment focused on developing effective strategies for clients.

You'll be involved in research, supporting client engagement, contributing to business development initiatives, and assisting with digital and social media activity. We're seeking candidates who are currently studying or have recently graduated in political science, public policy, law, economics, international relations, or related fields of study.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking government policy announcements, stakeholder issues, and relevant trends
  • Monitoring the political and media landscapes to identify insights and key developments
  • Contributing to stakeholder engagement projects and maintaining up-to-date intelligence for clients

Additionally, you'll assist with:

  • Drafting policy briefs, research summaries, and submissions for internal and external audiences
  • Supporting high-quality written outputs, including client presentations and reports
  • Maintaining internal systems, databases, and digital assets to ensure seamless operations

As a professional in this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our team in delivering impactful advisory services to clients.

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A demonstrated interest in public policy, government relations, or strategic communication through previous internships, volunteering, student politics, or research projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise briefings and summaries
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail when conducting research or interpreting policy developments
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced or deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and tools for research, communication, or engagement
