BW Offshore is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join their onshore team in Darwin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and maintenance of the BW Opal FPSO.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, marine or process engineering, or similar education. Long relevant experience, ideally including FPSO experience, may replace educational requirements.

The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing contractual obligations, promoting local content incorporation, coordinating activities related to the operation of the Asset, and overseeing the operating budget. They will also support the Asset Management Team and report key activities, performance indicators, and results to the Head of Operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to coach and advise others, and promote a supportive work culture. They will also be able to lead and promote effective generation, collection, and communication of lessons learned.
