About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our North Management team in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on all aspects of strata management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide expert advice on strata management, including interpreting legislation and enforcing by-laws.
  • Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings, ensuring smooth and efficient decision-making processes.
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Strata Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of strata legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide expert advice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
