About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our North Management team in Darwin. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes, building relationships, and providing expert advice on all things strata.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes and building relationships with clients
  • Providing expert advice on strata matters, including interpreting legislation and enforcing by-laws
  • Facilitating and attending AGMs and other meetings
  • Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
  • Maintaining insurance, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with building regulations
Requirements
  • Experience as a Strata Manager or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
  • Portfolio and/or account management skills
