Employment Opportunities Specialist

As an Employment Opportunities Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to secure employment opportunities and stay employed through the Employment Services contract.

This is a rewarding role that requires building trust, listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored to their specific needs.

  • Placing clients into work through consistent engagement with their caseload
  • Understanding each individual's barriers to maximise their employment opportunities
  • Generating leads and sourcing vacancies
  • Multitasking, staying organised and maintaining accurate records
  • Facilitating training courses for clients (training provided)
  • Ensuring accurate timely administration

Experience is an asset, but being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven, have a positive attitude, and can manage your workload/priorities and confidence with a variety of customer relationships, you can succeed with our team.
