Customer-Focused Service Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Authorised Apple Service Provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for timely and accurate diagnosis and repair of Apple Hardware and Software faults both in our workshop and onsite. You will work closely with the sales and support teams to deliver best results for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and good problem-solving skills. They will also have a strong passion for Apple technologies and products, as well as experience working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair Apple Hardware and Software faults in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring minimum downtime for our customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales and support teams to deliver best results for our customers, maintaining open communication channels and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing all queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of Apple products and technologies, including hardware and software components.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, ability to diagnose complex issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines.
