Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist Role

Join a multidisciplinary team to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

About the Role
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Perform assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
  • Develop and implement tailored programs to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Provide high-quality services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
