Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals and organisations achieve their potential through effective workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Assist clients to return to meaningful engagement in occupations using specialist knowledge and skills
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Perform various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments
  • Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress towards return-to-work goals
  • Engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional registration with relevant regulatory bodies
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
