**Administrative Law Opportunity**

This role presents an excellent chance to contribute your expertise in administrative law matters to our team.

As a legal practitioner with at least 2 years post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on administrative law, statutory interpretation, and litigation matters.

The successful candidate will work under the professional supervision of a Legal Director or the General Counsel and will not be expected to settle advices themselves.

We are seeking practitioners with a depth of experience who can begin making an immediate contribution to the work of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and support on administrative law, statutory interpretation, and litigation matters.
  • Working under the professional supervision of a Legal Director or the General Counsel.
  • Contributing to the preparation of statements of reasons and handling AAT matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years PAE experience as an admin lawyer.
  • Statutory interpretation and litigation knowledge.
  • A current practising certificate.

Preferred Location: Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne.

Clearance Requirement: A baseline clearance is required for this role.
