Lawyer (Advisory & Compliance)

We are seeking a Graduate or Immigration Lawyer to join our Advisory and Compliance team in Sydney.

  • Support migration lawyers and clients by preparing visa applications, drafting legal documents, and managing client communications.
  • Assist in client interviews, legal research, and the preparation of legal submissions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, photocopying, and uploading documents.
  • Own a caseload under supervision, proactively managing workflows.
  • Support senior team members on technical immigration matters like compliance audits and legal advisory work.

Requirements

  • A legal practitioner in Australia with 1-3 years of immigration experience is ideal.
  • Strong research, advice drafting, and communication skills are required.
  • Highly organized individuals can manage high volumes of work in a team environment.
