Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team.

  • This role is suited for an independent legal practitioner with over 5 years' experience in PAE, ready to work autonomously while contributing to mentoring and outreach efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver high-quality legal services, lead employment law matters, supervise junior staff, and engage with community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver legal services in civil, criminal, and/or family law areas.
  • Lead or contribute to community legal education and systemic advocacy efforts.
  • Support innovation, continuous improvement, and a fast-moving legal environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering top-quality legal advice and representation.
  • Experience in culturally and linguistically diverse communities, confidence in changeable environments, and strong IT competency are highly valued.
