Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist to join our Proactive Services Team at Woolworths North Orange. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career journey with a company that has endless opportunities for growth and development.
As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for completing specific cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines. You will work closely with our team to ensure our stores are in pristine condition and our customers have a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room and emptying bins
- Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
- Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
- Help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions
- Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
- Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks
- Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
- A good eye for cleanliness and small details

The estimated salary for this role is around $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
