About the Opportunity

As a Community Fundraising Manager, you will lead a geographically dispersed team to drive growth in community fundraising with a strong focus on strategic campaigns.

This national role combines leadership expertise with hands-on operational delivery, overseeing the development of community fundraising strategies and initiatives.

  • Lead a team to achieve income growth, acquisition, and retention targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Build long-term relationships with schools, workplaces, community groups, and individual fundraisers through engagement strategies and account management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies and frameworks for supporter engagement and measurable growth.

You will balance big-picture planning with grassroots engagement, ensuring best practice in supporter engagement and delivering results-driven outcomes.

About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in community fundraising within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and coach teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery at the grassroots level.
  • Track record of achieving income growth, acquisition, and retention targets through effective leadership and coaching.
