  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, or a related field.
  • Certification in Training and Assessment is desirable.
  • Proven experience in translating capability needs into actionable solutions.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and adult learning methodologies.
