About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused team member to join our team in Penrith.


Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and training providers to co-ordinate and book accredited and non-accredited training.
  • E nsure that clients receive up-to-date information regarding training requirements where required.
  • Liaise with consultants regarding their clients' training.
  • Confirm client attendance with training providers and obtain relevant evidence.
  • Maintain internal records, including spreadsheets and client records, to track referrals through to completion of training.
  • Create activities in our system, in line with departmental requirements, including training details, locations, and schedules where required.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.
