Our organization is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to provide valuable insights to our HR Business Partners and Director by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data.

This role involves playing a key part in providing actionable intelligence to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and translating HR data from various sources into meaningful presentations and reports
  • Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the HR Connect team to optimize Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
  • Identifying trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators
  • Supporting HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst/Advisor/Specialist or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from HR data
  • HR expertise - knowledge of the science behind what we do in HR, knowledge of HR best practices and understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Proficiency in using HR data tools and systems to create dashboards and reports

You will possess:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing HR data
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and their expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence people to drive change and improvement
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
