Talent Acquisition Officer

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will lead and manage recruitment processes to deliver high-quality talent acquisition outcomes that align with organisational goals. With expertise in end-to-end recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from job requisition through to offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide variety of roles, ensuring seamless delivery and effective workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs, driving volume or campaign recruitment efforts when required.
  • Provide expert advice to hiring managers on best practice recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with NSW Government policies.
  • Contribute to fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment processes that reflect public sector values, promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including volume or campaign recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection principles, including sound working knowledge of fundamental recruitment legislation and best practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with HR systems and/or recruitment management systems, leveraging technology to drive efficient recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing proactive support and guidance.
